Purpose of the position
Improve MLB process yield according to product process requirements, create standard production documents, optimize the production control system, establish standard operating procedures, perfect process documents, optimize jigs and tools, rectify product issues, build the company's core competitiveness, and promote better business development.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.According to customer CPP/Control Plan requirements, design and manufacture SMT steel plates, provide steel plate optimization solutions and validation data, promote customer changes to CPP, establish operation standards for each workstation, improve training materials, analyze SMT defects and their correlation with equipment/jig/materials/process through big data stratification, define equipment/jig material compatibility, improve yield, lead anomaly analysis, identify root causes of issues, develop effective corrective actions, drive responsible units to improve, and timely report results to senior management and F1 customers;
2.Underfill material technology application analysis, fillet tolerance matching optimization, customer end assembly matching optimization, find the optimal matching relationship through various practices, maximize quality and reliability improvement, verify and set equipment process parameters, propose new design concept solutions, guide and promote customer adoption, improve and correct production process standards through production practice, skill inheritance, solve process technology problems in product mass production, provide technical support, train key positions to increase production efficiency and reduce production costs.
Education and work experience
Master's degree or higher academic qualifications
1. More than 7 years of process improvement experience
2. Experience in new technology development and new product introduction within the industry
3. Experience in automation design and development work
4. Experience in stencil design and manufacturing work

1.Flexible application of Cam350 & CAD software;
2.Familiar with SMT technology or UF technology,have PCBA DFM capability,
3.Familiar with relevant IPC standards, able to use SMT related analysis tools,

- Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
- This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
