Manager/Supervisor
Purpose of the Position
  1. Coordinate comprehensive production operations to achieve KPIs (e.g., machine downtime rate <5%, yield >99.75%).
  2. Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and process optimization, advancing automation, digitization, and intelligent technologies.
  3. Enhance cross-departmental collaboration, execute strategic initiatives, develop departmental plans, cultivate talent, and promote technological innovation and sustainability.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full equipment lifecycle (planning, procurement, installation, maintenance, upgrades, disposal) to ensure availability and efficiency.
  2. Lead automation, digitization, and intelligent transformation of equipment for productivity and data traceability.
  3. Design and implement process improvements to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and enhance yield.
  4. Establish standardized operating procedures and control plans for regulatory compliance and consistency.
  5. Evaluate and validate new processes and technologies.
  6. Organize, manage, and develop team capabilities.
  7. Advance sustainable green manufacturing to meet ESG objectives.
  8. Set and drive achievement of KPI targets.
  9. Facilitate vertical and cross-functional communication with internal/external stakeholders.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher.
  • Experience:
    1. 10+ years in SMT-related fields with deep process expertise.
    2. 7+ years in management, proven in leading teams to achieve KPIs.
    3. Proficient in defining SMT process requirements and standards.
    4. Preferred: Experience in process analysis and equipment debugging.
Supervision
Direct oversight of all subordinate engineers.
Working Conditions
• Office-based, fast-paced environment.
• Must respond to after-hours emergencies and work overtime to ensure operational continuity.

  1. English: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; adept at client communication and report preparation.
  2. Chinese: Native proficiency in all language skills; skilled in domestic stakeholder engagement and documentation.
