Summary

The MRB Technician supports manufacturing operations by managing nonconforming materials from identification through final disposition. This hands-on role ensures defective materials are properly controlled, evaluated, documented, and processed for repair, return, or other approved resolution. The technician works closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Materials teams to maintain accurate records, support production, and prevent quality issues from disrupting operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP, Excel, testing software, and quality systems such as ISO 9001 is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain MRB systems, collect and manage LRB reports, and handle nonconforming products.
  • Transfer materials from LRB/Debug area to the MRB area following ESD requirements.
  • Inspect, test, evaluate, and document defective parts, and enter data into MRB databases.
  • Prepare RMA reports and package defective materials for shipment.
  • Perform daily reporting and support repair processes for non-repairable parts on production lines.
Basic Qualifications
  • Soft Skills: Precision, strong communication skills (written and verbal), adaptability, self-directed work style, organizational skills, problem-solving, stress tolerance, and ability to prioritize.
  • Physical & Work Capacity: Must be able to work accurately with high endurance.
  • Language: Basic written English knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Advanced user of MS Excel, PC-based testing software, and SAP. Basic IT knowledge required.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
Education and Experience
  • Education: High school
  • 1 year of similar experience
