MRO Administrator manages and coordinates maintenance, repair, and operations activities, ensuring timely availability of parts, compliance, and efficient maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory, and documentation of maintenance supplies and equipment within an organization
- Ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available for maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Act as a liaison between maintenance teams and suppliers to reduce equipment downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal departments, which requires strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ensuring timely procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations supplies.
- Efficient parts management, minimized downtime, and seamless support of maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), ERP software, and inventory tracking tools.

- High School Diploma or higher degree.
