Test Engineer Data Analyst (G-Project)
The Test Engineer Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the availability, accuracy, and analysis of production, product quality, and test system data. The role focuses on transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights through regular reporting, trend analysis, and visualization to support data driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the availability, integrity, and reliability of production, product quality, and test system data.
Analyze data and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, and ad hoc), including weekly summaries for management review.
Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
Actively participate in the development and optimization of production and testing processes by supporting data-driven problem-solving activities.
Design, establish, and continuously improve reporting structures and dashboards, including visualization of production and quality indicators.
Develop and maintain data collection tables, diagrams, and visual aids to support cross-functional decision-making.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns within complex datasets.
Ensure the ongoing maintenance, accuracy, and reliability of databases and data systems.

Prepare and deliver assigned reports accurately, professionally, and within defined timelines.
Ensure data reflects realistic and factual conditions.

Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent education).
3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, production controlling, or a related role.
Strong database management skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
Proficient written and spoken English (communication level).
