Purpose of the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Engineer to support the planning, construction, operations, and maintenance of factory facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing utility systems, energy supply, and infrastructure projects and ensuring facility compliance with national and local safety standards. Working conditions

Duties and Responsibilities
- Facility team routine work management, including HC hiring, training, testing, task allocation, and progress& quality monitoring.
- Department budget & cost control
- Make overall plans for energy supply, including power, water, CDA, N2, Vacuum… and new energy saving technology initiation & promotion
- Cross-functional coordination
- Make overall plans for Utility specification selection, maintenance, and repairing
- Ensure facility-related work complies with national and local laws, regulation,s and standards
- Make overall plans for emergency response management and training to improve teams’ ability to deal with emergencies.
- Perform other duties as required
Education and work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facility engineering, including factory construction, energy planning, and team management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with U.S. safety codes, OSHA standards, and building regulations.

This position supervises a team of facility/security staff members.
Working conditions
- This is primarily an on-site role located in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- The position requires flexibility to respond to after-hours facility emergencies and may involve occasional overtime or non-standard work hours to support operations and project deadlines.
