    • You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of a manufacturing facility. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this position.
  • Requirements
    • A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Thermal Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facility engineering preferred
    • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
    • Strong understanding of facility design and construction
  • Responsibilities
    • Plan and coordinate all installations (e.g., telecommunications, heat, electricity) and refurbishments
    • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
    • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
    • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
    • Optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs
    • Monitor utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
    • Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses to ensure cost-effective operations
    • Handle insurance plans and service contracts
    • Keep financial and non-financial records
    • Coordinate with other departments to align objectives and improve overall facility performance
    • Communication with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders regarding facility equipment operations and performance
