Summary
NVIDIA Quality Manager with extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, PCBA assembly, server and high-performance computing products, and customer-facing quality leadership. Responsible for serving as the primary quality interface between Foxconn and NVIDIA, leading QPA and audit readiness, customer escalations, 8D/RCCA, quality systems, supplier and manufacturing quality, KPI performance, and QE/QA organizations.
Strong expertise in ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ESD 20.20, QMS, CAPA, CAR/SCAR, LPA, FAI, MRB, process control, MP transition. Primary focus is to prevent customer escapes, eliminate recurring quality issues, strengthen process controls, and ensure all customer quality commitments are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Quality Leadership: Primary quality interface with NVIDIA; manage SQE communication, customer escalations, audit findings, QPA actions, recovery plans, and closure commitments.
- Quality Systems & Compliance: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, SOP/PPI control, document control, CAR/SCAR, 8D, CAPA, LPA, FAI, MRB, and change management.
- Manufacturing Quality: Hands-on experience with SMT, PTH, PCBA assembly, test, inspection, rework, packaging, and NPI-to-MP transition.
- Problem Solving: Lead 8D/RCCA using 5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto, DOE, and data analysis; establish containment while driving permanent corrective and preventive actions.
- Process Control: Implement mistake-proofing, automation, inspection controls, training/certification, documentation discipline, and preventive quality gates.
- Quality Metrics: Manage yield, FPY, DPPM, defect Pareto, audit scores, customer escapes, supplier performance, and corrective-action closure.
- Audit & QPA Readiness: Lead internal and NVIDIA audits, maintain action trackers, assign owners and due dates, verify objective evidence, and ensure findings close on time.
- Supplier Quality: Manage supplier quality issues, incoming quality concerns, SCARs, component defects, supplier 8D reports, containment, and corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Lead QE, QA, IPQC, FQC, IQA, and supporting PE/ME teams; establish clear ownership, accountability, coaching, and escalation paths.
- Executive Communication: Strong English communication and executive-level presentation skills for quality status, risks, recovery plans, KPI performance, and customer escalations.
LEADERSHIP PROFILE
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsive, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working directly with senior customer quality leadership under high-pressure situations.
- Strong production-floor presence with emphasis on process discipline and prevention rather than inspection only.
- Able to manage multiple urgent priorities while driving accountability and timely closure.
- 5+ years of electronics manufacturing quality experience.
- 5+ years in a Quality Manager leadership role.
- Experience with SMT, PCBA, server manufacturing, and system assembly.
- 8–10+ years of quality or manufacturing experience, including several years in a Quality Management or Quality Engineering leadership role.
- Electronics, PCBA, server, data center, or high-performance computing manufacturing experience.
- Strong SMT and PCBA manufacturing knowledge with NPI, qualification, production ramp, and mass-production support.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
