Purpose of the Position

Develop and oversee comprehensive test strategies, including hardware/software testing plans to ensure coverage, automation efficacy, and quality compliance.
Lead test teams and cross-functional collaboration, optimizing resource allocation to eliminate testing bottlenecks and accelerate issue resolution.
Implement quality control measures and risk mitigation strategies through test data analysis, defect pattern identification, and process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, resource distribution, and workflow optimization for efficient testing project execution.
Establish multi-level talent pipelines via training, competency assessments, and succession planning to maintain technical expertise.
Coordinate customer-focused testing programs and integrate cross-functional resources.
Align priorities across departments and resolve operational dependencies to ensure testing continuity.

Education and Work Experience

Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electronic Information Engineering (required).
Experience: 8-20 years in electronics industry with 8+ years in team management.

Supervision

Section Manager: TE Section Manager
Direct Reports: 16 Engineers
Indirect Reports: 18 Operators

Working Conditions
• Office-based role in fast-paced environment.
• Required to address after-hours emergencies and work overtime for project continuity.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, IT, Telecom Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years in smartphone testing, R&D, or failure analysis.
Expertise in smartphone motherboard architecture, testing principles, and chip/component parameters.
Proficient with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and other test equipment.
