Key Responsibilities
- Record and update RMA requests in our systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare RMA reports and submit them to the Material Management team.
- Forward incoming credit notes to the Finance department.
- Enter virtual RMAs and generate purchase requests (PRs) as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to resolve RMA matters.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep RMA processes running smoothly.
- Suggest improvements to workflows and support process enhancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
