We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Factory Quality Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), inspect products for quality, and support multiple departments, including Finance and Material Management. This position involves working on the factory floor and using Excel spreadsheets to track and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

  • Record and update RMA requests in our systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Inspect products on the factory floor and identify defects or non-conforming items
  • Track RMA activity and product issues using Excel spreadsheets
  • Communicate with vendors via email regarding defective products and follow up on resolutions
  • Prepare RMA reports and submit them to the Material Management team
  • Forward incoming credit notes to the Finance department
  • Enter virtual RMAs and generate purchase requests (PRs) as needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to resolve RMA matters
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep RMA processes running smoothly
  • Suggest improvements to workflows and support process enhancements

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Clear and professional written communication skills, especially for vendor email correspondence
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working both on the factory floor and in an office setting
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
