Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for supporting daily production operations by leading and motivating a team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with team members, adapt to changing production needs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or team leadership experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions while fostering teamwork and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full supervision of the 5S activity in your shift.
  • Participation in the selection of new employees.
  • Up-to-date working time records of subordinates.
  • Regular evaluation of subordinates and preparation of training plans.
  • Accurate and complete completion of the required documentation tasks.
  • Must report any events affecting the production plan to his supervisor.
  • Handling errors and events that do not affect the production plan of the shift.
  • Production planning within a shift taking into account the needs of delivery.
Basic Qualifications
  • English proficiency
  • Lead, Six Sigma, and Kaizen Knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
  • Management experience (min. 30 people)
  • Computer skills (MS WORD, EXCEL)
  • Systems thinking.
  • Ability to make decisions independently.
  • 5S operating knowledge.
  • Knowledge of multinational corporate culture.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Delegation and prioritization capability.
Education and Experience
  • 2-3 years minimum of supervisor experience 
  • Technical Degree/experience preferred
