Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for supporting daily production operations by leading and motivating a team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with team members, adapt to changing production needs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or team leadership experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions while fostering teamwork and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Full supervision of the 5S activity in your shift.
- Participation in the selection of new employees.
- Up-to-date working time records of subordinates.
- Regular evaluation of subordinates and preparation of training plans.
- Accurate and complete completion of the required documentation tasks.
- Must report any events affecting the production plan to his supervisor.
- Handling errors and events that do not affect the production plan of the shift.
- Production planning within a shift taking into account the needs of delivery.
- English proficiency
- Lead, Six Sigma, and Kaizen Knowledge
- Management experience (min. 30 people)
- Computer skills (MS WORD, EXCEL)
- Systems thinking.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- 5S operating knowledge.
- Knowledge of multinational corporate culture.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Delegation and prioritization capability.
- 2-3 years minimum of supervisor experience
- Technical Degree/experience preferred
