Overview:
We seek a highly skilled Industrial Facilities Engineer to oversee our manufacturing and warehouse facilities' maintenance, optimization, and efficiency. This role involves managing building systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational processes to support productivity and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards related to workplace safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and maintenance teams to improve facility efficiency and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage facility upgrades, expansions, and capital improvement projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Conducted energy audits and implemented sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs.
  • Work with contractors and vendors for facility repairs, maintenance services, and new installations.
  • Maintain accurate facility documentation, including blueprints, equipment manuals, and maintenance records.

Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
  • Electrical engineering experience within the technology industry is strongly preferred.
  • Technical aptitude combined with ability to effectively prioritize conflicting tasks within a team environment is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of space planning and construction process would be preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of building systems, construction delivery methods and standard industry terminology.
  • Experience with engineering and office software such as SAP, Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD.
  • Possess excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.

Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
