Purpose of the position
Be responsible for optimizing electronic products SMT or assembly production planning and shipping process, coordinating cross-departmental resources (HC arrangement/line readiness/material supply), assess supply risks based on demand and relevant production resource factors, ensuring on-time delivery and improving production capacity efficiency. Familiarity with ERP systems, data analysis capabilities for supply balance, and strong execution skills are necessary to drive efficient collaboration between the manufacturing end and the supply chain, have a cost awareness, capable of balancing production supply and inventory cost targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality departments to ensure material supply, equipment tunning, and production line manpower match production needs.
- Lead production meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and promote priority adjustments.
  1. Capacity Planning and Optimization
- Analyze production data (such as equipment utilization and labor efficiency), identify bottlenecks, and propose capacity improvement plans.
- Drive the optimization of ERP/MRP system (such as SAP) scheduling modules to enhance automated scheduling efficiency.
  1. Inventory Management
- Balance the inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to avoid material shortages or excessive inventory, ensuring costs remain within target ranges.
  1. Production Planning and Execution
- Make and optimize monthly/weekly production plans based on customer demands, inventory data, and capacity constraints to ensure timely order delivery.
- Monitor the production progress of key processes such as mobile phone mainboard and assembly, and adjust the schedule in real time to handle urgent orders or abnormal fluctuations.
  1. Strong sense of responsibility, with a strong team spirit, and able to balance team work distribution.
Education and work experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics
  2. 3-5 years of work experience in the electronics industry and more than 2 years of supply chain team management experience

  • Office-based role, this position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
