Manufacturing Systems Coordinator

Overview
The Manufacturing Systems Coordinator supports production and warehouse operations by managing system data, generating reports, troubleshooting, and assisting with issue resolution on the production floor. This role works closely with engineers, team leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate information flow within the Wareconn system and to help streamline operational processes. The position also serves as a liaison between internal teams and international partners, supporting communication related to warranty and after-sales service activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, maintain, and activate user accounts in the Wareconn system.
  • Generate and analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP), production output, and shipping reports.
  • Upload, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production workstations within Wareconn system.
  • Review monthly shipping data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Support engineers and production leads in troubleshooting operational and system-related issues.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Wareconn system usage, ensuring effective communication across production, warehouse, and warranty teams in China
  • Collaborate with international teams, including China-based partners, to support after-sales service processes.
  • Be able to speak Maderian
  • Identify and help address inefficiencies in production and warehouse workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or systems support (or equivalent experience in IT)
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, or similar operational systems
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mandarin. speaking required
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools
