Summary
This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proactive communication, and alignment with production plans. The position combines interaction with production coordination, reporting, and new product introduction (NPI) support to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order status, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Process, track, and manage customer orders in alignment with production schedules.
- Coordinate closely with production planning to ensure timely fulfillment and communicate any schedule changes, delays, or risks to customers.
- Proactively identify potential disruptions in production or supply and recommend solutions to minimize customer impact.
- Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance and order status reports to customers.
- Managing supply on hand and inventory levels
- Consolidate data from cross-functional teams (production, logistics, supply chain) to provide accurate reporting and updates.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) projects by coordinating timelines, tracking changes, and communicating progress to customers.
- Ensure all customer commitments are aligned with production capabilities and operational constraints.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, orders, and project updates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or customer operations environment (multinational experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of production planning, order fulfillment, or supply chain processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (reporting-heavy role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage both customer-facing and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to production scheduling or demand planning.
- Highschool Diploma or higheSupply Chain Experience
