Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve 100% local recruitment during the initial factory setup phase.
- Handle local reception and provide logistical support for business travelers.
- Conduct data analysis and tracking to provide professional support for decision - makers in the factory.
- Offer HR support to U.S. and China teams, covering policy development and cultural adaptation. Manage policy compliance and system optimization.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
Education and work experience
- At least 3 years of HR management experience.
- Effective organization and time management to complete recruitment tasks on time.
- Ensure work is completed in line with set guidelines and business objectives.
- Compliance with U.S. labor laws, particularly in Texas.
- Respectful and courteous communication with team members.
- Effective time management and regular updates to supervisors on work progress.
- Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision and adapt to changes with improvement suggestions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field. Preference for candidates who understand both U.S. and Chinese cultures.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Relevant HR certifications. Five years of experience in manufacturing or related industries. New plant setup experience is preferred.
Supervision
- This position has 1 direct supervisor.
Working conditions
- Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
- This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of the HR management system.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Manufacture of products background is a plus.
