Purpose of the position
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulations. Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and organize warehouse layout for efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (SI, packing lists, customs declarations).
- Comply with health, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare and process PPS (Pick, Pack, Ship) documentation.

Education and work experience
- Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate’s degree or above.
Working conditions
- Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
- This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
