- You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
- Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering, familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies
- Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems
- Develop and test automated and manual systems
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria
- Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards
- Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services
- Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements
- Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations
- Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expenses
- Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes
- Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinating plans, resolving manufacturing issues and continuously improving production effective and performance
