Summary: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, schedule, and budget. This role ensures that all project objectives are met by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and applying effective project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to plan, coordinate, and monitor IT infrastructure initiatives, including hardware upgrades, network enhancements, and system migrations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with business users, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Track and report project progress, key milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project risks, issue, and change requests through a structured process.
  • Conduct post-project sustaining and lessons learned to improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management or related technical project roles.
  • Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or system implementation projects.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with global or regional teams.
  • Experience in SAP, ERP, MES, or enterprise application projects.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud migration initiatives.
