Overview:
Supply chain management involves a series of processes to get a product from its initial raw materials to the end customer. It's an end-to-end system that encompasses multiple functions and requires strategic planning, coordination, and optimization. Your primary objective is to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products across our global supply chain and internal day-to-day operation (Sorting), inventory control, enhancing operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will support the implementation and monitoring of supply chain strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Your primary objective is to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products across our global supply chain and internal day-to-day operation (Sorting), inventory control, enhancing operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will support the implementation and monitoring of supply chain strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision: Oversees the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to delivery of finished products to customers.
- Planning and strategy: Create and implements supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving: Identifies and resolves operational gaps and risks, such as supply disruptions or transport delays.
- Performance measurement: Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of supply chain activities.
- Understands manufacturing supply chain processes and requirements for sorting products and staging orders to be delivered to the production line.
- Assisting with planning for physical inventory
- Communicates and resolves supply chain issues between internal product lines.
- Exercises overall ownership of the managed accounts. Be the bridge among customers and Factory, R&D, Support, Suppliers, etc.
- Oversee production/delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries.
- Perform material RMA to return defective materials to suppliers and help with entering work orders. Inputs for the production line.
- Plan the required materials and purchase quantities to fulfill the demand of the service line. Submit work orders. Utilize SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 and the internal system, ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Proven ability to work both collaboratively on a team as well as independently on multiple high-priority projects.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and expedite material issue/product to the production floor.
- Track effective inventory transaction management (in/out).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, information technology, marketing, or related field.
- Key certifications include ASCM's CSCP and CPIM, ISM's CPSM, and others from providers like the Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA)
