Purpose of the position:
Monitoring the achievement of daily production targets, Yield, and other production KPI targets, handling production abnormal and reporting them timely, and completing tasks assigned by supervisors.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and oversee the implementation of relevant regulations and work standards within the jurisdiction;
- Monitor the entire production process in real-time, formulate, and oversee the implementation of measures to address significant quality issues;
- Analyze and statistically assess daily production situations in the workshop, identify areas for improvement, and enhance production efficiency;
- Implement apple tree management, continuously drive quality improvements, and ensure order closure;
- Analyze and statistically assess cost consumption in the workshop, draft and implement feasible cost control measures;
- Implement the in-class KPI assessment mechanism and annual, monthly training and evaluation plans;
- Promptly address and follow up on production anomalies, provide feedback, and correct errors in a timely manner;
- Implement safety production, on-site management, and labor protection special work within the jurisdiction;
- Conduct regular inventory checks of assets within the jurisdiction, ensuring consistency between accounts;
- Handle other matters assigned by senior management.
Education and work experience:
Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate’s degree. Degree required: Diploma
Supervision : this role have direct reports.
Working conditions:
·Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
·This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
