• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, GMP, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
