Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse efficiency. This role is responsible for leading and execution daily cycle counts to ensure at least 99% inventory accuracy and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily downloads and reconciliation of physical inventory against system records.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in inventory counts and system updates.
  • Investigate and resolve variances between physical stock and system data.
  • Accurately report inventory discrepancies, findings, and outcomes.
  • Support periodic full physical inventory activities.
  • Execute inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to validate the accuracy of 99% in Inventory and reconcile Inventory discrepancies
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with inventory and ERP systems such as CyGNUS, SAP, and Tress
  • Excellent in cycle counting, inventory management, and document control processes
  • Exceptional attention to details, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
