Core Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

  • Manage end‑to‑end order flow, including order entry, validation, scheduling, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform shipment transactions, support cycle counts, and maintain finished‑goods book‑to‑book accuracy.
  • Monitor and complete movement activities.
  • Manage finished‑goods material movement based on sales orders and special requests (e.g., Tasks).
  • Maintain system accuracy across SAP, B2B portals, and other order‑management platforms.
  • Monitor inventory availability, identify shortages or excesses, and collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Troubleshoot order discrepancies, shipment delays, and inventory mismatches, ensuring timely corrective actions.

Demand Planning & Forecast Management

  • Review customer forecasts and evaluate delivery feasibility by coordinating with capacity planning, procurement, production planning, and inventory teams.
  • Conduct weekly forecast evaluations and identify changes or risks.
  • Maintain daily reports for finished goods, consigned materials, and production status.
  • Communicate internally when customer requirements, open POs, or consigned‑material commitments change.
  • Support NPI management, including NPI BOM review and NPI schedule commitments.
  • Use analytical tools and ERP systems to track order performance, forecast accuracy, inventory metrics, and fulfillment KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with operations, engineering, logistics, and customer service teams to align demand plans, resolve order issues, and support business priorities.
  • Evaluate order fulfillment workflows and demand planning processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
