Project Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee supply chain activities by reviewing customer demand and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customer contacts, including program managers and buyer/planners, to provide updates on shipments, deliveries, and receipts
Follow up with suppliers regarding product returns and order status to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership in managing responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment requiring adaptability and flexibility
Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
