Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supply chain activities by reviewing customer demand and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customer contacts, including program managers and buyer/planners, to provide updates on shipments, deliveries, and receipts

  • Follow up with suppliers regarding product returns and order status to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities

  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership in managing responsibilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment requiring adaptability and flexibility

  • Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
