  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee QA operations, including inspections, supplier management, root cause analysis, and product reliability.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems, including training programs.
  • Lead internal audits and external certifications for compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage customer complaints with preventive measures.
  • Engage clients through regular quality meetings and action plans.
  • Lead and develop the QA team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in QA, including 3+ years in management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Preferred: Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
