- Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA operations, including inspections, supplier management, root cause analysis, and product reliability.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems, including training programs.
- Lead internal audits and external certifications for compliance with industry standards.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage customer complaints with preventive measures.
- Engage clients through regular quality meetings and action plans.
- Lead and develop the QA team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in QA, including 3+ years in management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Preferred: Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
