Job Summary

The Business Analyst II supports the Electronics Services organization through business and data analysis, transaction management, process controls, and cross-functional operational support. This position serves as a key analytical resource for pricing, inventory, credit notes, billing, order fulfillment, and other business processes.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, coordinate resolutions, and ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely. The position requires strong collaboration with Finance, Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee high-volume credit note transactions, ensuring accurate and timely system processing.

  • Monitor transaction status through completion and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support billing activities by partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Validate supporting information to ensure billing transactions are complete, accurate, and properly documented.

  • Perform pre-shipment validation of pricing, quantities, and other relevant transaction details.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial, operational, and customer-service risks through data analysis and transaction validation.

  • Analyze business and transactional data to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and process exceptions.

  • Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes to support timely and effective resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction and operational issues.

  • Support inventory management, forecasting, logistics, and other supply chain-related business processes.

  • Maintain appropriate process controls and ensure transactions are handled in accordance with established procedures and protocols.

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to methods, procedures, and processes within the assigned area of responsibility.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

Relevant experience in business analysis, supply chain, operations, finance/billing support, transactional data analysis, or a related business function.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

  • Proficiency with supply chain software such as SAP or other ERP systems.

  • Working knowledge of billing and financial support processes.

  • Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and logistics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong ability to analyze transactional data and identify discrepancies, anomalies, and process exceptions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is a plus.

  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification is a plus.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or related process-improvement certification is a plus.

Management / Supervision

This is primarily an individual contributor role that requires independent judgment and cross-functional collaboration. The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and works closely with relevant operational and functional teams to support business processes and transaction accuracy.
