JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting electrical systems, equipment design, process improvements, and new product introduction (NPI). This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting electrical systems, equipment design, process improvements, and new product introduction (NPI). You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the design, development, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components used in manufacturing.
- Support the implementation and validation of electrical designs in production environments.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on new product introduction (NPI) and process optimization.
- Aid in developing test procedures, manufacturing documentation, and technical reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement activities related to electrical systems and equipment.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting components based on cost, performance, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Travel to manufacturing or customer sites (approximately 10–20%) to support. installation, testing, or troubleshooting efforts.
QULIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Associate's degree in a relevant technical discipline with equivalent hands-on experience in electrical or manufacturing engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial related field.
- Familiarity with basic electrical engineering principles, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, or control systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CAD or circuit design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium, OrCAD) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Travel Requirement:
- Position may require up to 20 - 30% travel to other manufacturing sites.
- Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
