Position Summary:

FOXCONN is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience across all core HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This position is key to supporting the daily HR operations and contributing to a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee life-cycle processes, including new hire orientation, status changes, and off-boarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Support payroll processing through data entry, audits, and coordination with finance/payroll teams.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
  • Partner with management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits, and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
