Purpose of the position
We are an iphone manufacturing factory, and this position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and stable operation of SMT production line equipment (mounting machines, printers, reflow ovens, Inspection equipments). By conducting preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and technical optimization, downtime is reduced and production yield is improved. Supporting the factory in achieving its capacity and quality goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform maintenance, calibration, and performance optimization of mainstream equipments such as FUJI NXT, Universal Fuzion, GKG Printer, etc.
2. Quickly diagnose mechanical/electrical faults in production equipment
3. Analyze and optimize online quality anomalies during production
4. Collaborate with production and quality departments to optimize process parameters. Prepare maintenance SOPs and train operators;
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Education and work experience
Education: associate’s degree or above
Work experience:
1. More than 2 years of SMT equipment maintenance experience, familiar with mainstream brands (FUJI, Universal, GKG, DEK, Speedline, Asymtek)
2. Background in electronics, semiconductor, and automotive manufacturing is preferred
3. Familiarity with basic PLC programming (Siemens/Panasonic), CAD drawing, and vision systems (Keyence/Cognex) is preferred
4. Graduates with majors related to industrial automation and information communication are also eligible (There are triainng opportunity in Chinese factories)

Skills
1. Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
2. Proficient in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
