Purpose of the position

Sporadic Construction

Abnormal Issue Handling for Incoming Materials
Local Sourcing & Vendor Development
Collaborate with Local Team Efficiently

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct local sourcing for factory setup demands
Perform cost analysis and price negotiations
Manage routine procurement tasks (e.g., PO placement, contracts, payment processing)
Address on-site abnormal issues
Collect, verify, and submit documents to CM/Accounting for setting up local legal entity

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of procurement experience
Sourcing experience preferred

Supervision

Reports to UPD Manager

Working Conditions

Office-based role in a fast-paced environment
Must respond to after-hour emergencies and work non-core hours/overtime to complete projects
