Job Overview
- Responsible for the overall management of the production department, ensuring smooth execution of production plans, improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the achievement of operational goals.
- Production Management: Plan and oversee production scheduling, delivery timelines, and output, while improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
- Cost Control: Monitor, analyze, and optimize manufacturing costs, conducting regular reviews and improvements.
- Personnel Management: Manage production units and assembly line personnel, including work discipline, training, performance evaluation, and manpower planning, with regular reviews of progress.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, quality control, engineering, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the production environment meets occupational safety and regulatory standards, minimizing risks and accidents.
- Other Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably with experience in server or electronic product production.
- Experience managing a team of 50 or more people is a plus.
- Background in the electronic components industry, familiar with assembly, testing, and packaging management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with production planning, process optimization, and quality management tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Strong skills in cost control, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with international teams.
- Strong leadership and cross-department coordination skills.
- Vietnamese language proficiency is a plus.
