We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quality Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help track product quality, manage return requests, and keep important records up to date.
You’ll split your time between the factory floor and the office, working with different teams like Finance and Materials. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and working in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.

What You’ll Do
- Track and update return requests (RMAs) in our system
- Inspect products on the factory floor and flag any defects
- Use Excel to log and monitor product issues
- Email vendors about defective items and follow up on resolutions
- Prepare reports for the Materials team
- Send credit notes to the Finance team
- Enter RMAs and create purchase requests when needed
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Help improve processes and suggest better ways of working
What We’re Looking For
Must have:- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Basic Excel and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
