We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the Inventory Control function, ensuring accurate stock management, supporting audits, and driving improvements in inventory processes. You will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the Inventory Control team, ensuring efficient workflows and high performance.
- Verify daily inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies or material variances.
- Organize and conduct annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inventory counts in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, review, and maintain regular and ad-hoc inventory reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory movements, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
- Identify risks and trends in inventory management and propose process improvements.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and explanations.
- Train team members on inventory systems, processes, and best practices.
Education
- Minimum secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Higher education (college or university degree) is an advantage
- Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate English proficiency, especially for written communication
