Purpose of the position
Responsible for shipment planning management, overseeing the daily operations of delivery control as per TDM , while working closely with PMC planner, customs team and FG warehouse to hit the target. Manage and resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule shipments (ocean, air, road) to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
- Communicate with F1 customer and provide related reports.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (SI, packing lists, customs declarations).
- Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with PMC teams, warehouse, and customs teams to align shipping plans with demand.
Education and work experience
Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor’s degree.
Working conditions
- Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
- This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
