  • Job Description
    • You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the production processes and material flow within a manufacturing environment. You will ensure that production targets are met, materials are available when needed, and costs are managed efficiently.
  • Requirements
    • A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning or inventory management
    • Experience in material control (preferred)
    • Knowledge of ERP and SAP systems is a plus
  • Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize factory capacity
    • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure that production plans align with operational goals
    • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate planned or unexpected changes
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available to meet production needs 
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components 
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies
    • Analyze production costs and work to optimize material usage and reduce waste
    • Collaborate with Procurement Teams to negotiate terms with suppliers and control material costs
    • Monitor and report on production and material costs to executives
    • Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Logistics Teams to ensure adherence to production schedules 
    • Communicate production plans, material needs, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders
