As an Assistant Quality Engineer (RMA), you’ll play a key role in improving product quality by investigating returned products, working with global suppliers, and turning insights into real improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage RMA processes and track returned materials from start to finish
  • Investigate product failures and coordinate analysis with suppliers
  • Identify defect trends and help drive corrective actions
  • Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support quality decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve product reliability
  • Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Secondary education required; technical or engineering degree/diploma preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in quality, RMA, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about root cause analysis
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • English proficiency is an advantage
