RMA Assistant Quality Engineer (G-Project)

As an Assistant Quality Engineer (RMA), you’ll play a key role in improving product quality by investigating returned products, working with global suppliers, and turning insights into real improvements.

What You’ll Do

Manage RMA processes and track returned materials from start to finish
Investigate product failures and coordinate analysis with suppliers
Identify defect trends and help drive corrective actions
Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support quality decisions
Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve product reliability
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Education: Secondary education required; technical or engineering degree/diploma preferred
2+ years of experience in quality, RMA, manufacturing, or a related field
Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about root cause analysis
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
English proficiency is an advantage
