The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and administering various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training. Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and administering various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and employees to ensure a positive work environment, drive organizational goals, and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other talent sources.
- Act as the first point of contact to deal with employee relations
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including guiding managers on evaluations and feedback.
- Help maintain training records and compliance documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training compliance).
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and practices (e.g., recruitment, performance management, employee relations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
- Bilingual (Chinese and English) Preferred
