Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards. This position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits, and driving quality improvements in the production process.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, specifically in server assembly or related industries.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor the entire production cycle, promptly reporting and addressing any malfunctions or deviations from quality expectations.

  • Perform routine inspections and tests on products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Analyze product specifications and customer requirements to ensure they are met throughout the production process.

  • Identify quality issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions.

  • Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, manuals, and procedural documentation.

  • Generate and document quality assurance reports for management, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose, implement, and monitor solutions to enhance quality.

  • Lead quality improvement projects and teams, focusing on enhancing product durability, performance, and overall quality.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, industry, and organizational standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

  • Stay informed on the latest developments in quality control methodologies, standards, and industry trends.
