Position Summary
The Supply Chain Management Specialist supports the end-to-end supply chain process, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivering, and returning goods. This role is responsible for maximizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The position integrates logistics, purchasing, and inventory management functions to drive competitive advantage and operational excellence, often utilizing technology for real-time visibility and, in some cases, automating, predicting, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end supply chain process, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and returns.
- Maximize operational efficiency across supply chain functions.
- Reduce costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Integrate logistics, purchasing, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize technology to gain real-time visibility of supply chain activities.
- Implement automation, predictive analytics, and risk mitigation strategies as applicable.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate flow of goods.
- Enhance customer experience through efficient supply chain management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with supply chain technology and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Office-based with coordination across multiple departments and external partners.
- Involves monitoring supply chain activities and implementing improvements.
- May require use of technology systems for tracking, reporting, and automation of processes.
