Job Overview;
The Fulfillment manager will manage and provide customer commitment aligned with the MRP. Supervise that the communication channel between the customer and the different internal departments of the company operates properly according to established processes. Ensure that the commitments made are fulfilled, taking care of the objectives defined by management. Create and maintain an open communication channel with the customer, promoting teamwork and a proactive attitude. Ensure that customer demand is entered into our system in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain finished product inventory levels according to objectives. Manage the areas of production planning, fulfillment, and supply/demand. Coordinate the analysis, planning, and production scheduling for customer products based on their requirements. Ensure that shipping commitments made to the customer are met. Create and maintain an open communication channel with the customer, Promoting teamwork and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the process and control points concerning commitments made to the client based on the requirements received in the MRP.
  • Responsible for achieving and maintaining management objectives.
  • Continuously review processes that require changes to adapt to the new client needs.
  • Constantly seek changes that generate improvements in processes to exceed client expectations.
  • Follow up on client escalations.
  • Lead the team to achieve the department's objectives.
  • Responsible for controlling the internal communication process for client requirements to specific areas and departments that play the role of Materials, Production, and Shipping.
  • Ensure that the commitment is aligned with the MRP and meets the established objective, that is, monitoring and follow-up.
  • Respect, follow, and contribute to the processes that influence the achievement of our objectives.
  • Ensuring that commitments help reduce inventories.
  • Maintain communication with NPI to be aware of potential products about to enter mass production.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Know the department's objectives based on management objectives.
  • Collaborate in complying with Quality Management, EHS, and Asset Security systems, as well as Social Responsibility, Ethics, and Labor with NOM-035 (Psychosocial Risk Factors at Work), and information security.
  • Ensure that long-term planning exists.
  • Ensure the operation and execution of the MRP.
  • Ensure production scheduling based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on escalations from different external and internal clients.
Job requirements and skills:
Education: -Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or Foreign Trade.
Experience: -Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
